At Socileo, we strive to provide the best AI social media management experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our guidelines regarding subscriptions and one-time purchases.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Socileo subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that period, your account will revert to the Free plan.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

2. Credits and Purchases

Purchases of "Credit Packs" or other one-time add-ons are final and non-refundable. These credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

3. Refund Requests

While we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur (e.g., technical errors where you were double-billed).

To request a refund for a billing error, please contact our support team at support@socileo.ai within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Account Termination

Socileo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate our Terms of Service (e.g., using the platform for illegal activities or spam).
