Socileo is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

1. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment for a subscription or credit pack, your account is automatically updated instantly.

  • Instant Access: Premium features and credits are available for use immediately after transaction confirmation.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an invoice and confirmation email at your registered email address within minutes of purchase.

2. Issues with Access

If you have successfully paid but do not see your plan upgraded or credits added within 15 minutes, please try:

  1. Reloading the application dashboard.
  2. Logging out and logging back in.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team immediately with your Transaction ID.
